Visual Voices: Ongoing until June 20

If you’re looking for events with less activity and more observation, Visual Voices is perfect for you! The elementary teachers of the Peel District School Board invite you to consider how individuals express what they see. What do our youth have to say? Discover the world as seen through the eyes of Peel’s elementary students in Visual Voices. This exhibition features a wide range of artistic media as students give visual voice to their ideas, observations and experiences. This showcase educates students and the Living Arts Centre’s patrons on the fundamentals of visual literacy while supporting the artistic development and voice of an emerging generation. This is the last weekend the exhibition is running so be sure to check it out before its too late!

Transitions Art Exhibition: Ongoing until June 20

Last, but not least our very own MAC member, Connie Munson is exhibiting a visual art showcase of all subject matters, that explores the process or periods of change that people, places and/or things undergo when transitioning from one condition to another. Come out this Saturday or Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to Beaux Arts Brampton.
