You do not need to submit a project to attend. We encourage those without projects to participate for the networking and professional development and to provide feedback for other artists’ projects. De-Escalate Film Release (Oakville Film Festival – OFFA)

Award-winning filmmaker Cathleen MacDonald's recent documentary "De-escalate" will screen at the Oakville Film Festival June 17 at 7 PM within a block of short films. "De-escalate" combines animation and live-action to tackle the stigma of mental illness and how it contributes to violence toward people in mental crisis.
