Marcelino DaCosta, also known as FrostFlow, a practitioner and advocate of Hip-Hop culture since 1998. Marcel is the founder of the world renowned GROUND ILLUSIONZ Hip-Hop Art Collective. He is also Program Coordinator for Unity Charity, a youth led Not-forProfit charitable organization dedicated to encouraging youth to “Express Your Stress, Develop Skills for Success” in program sites in Mississauga and Brampton.
