Terms for Vendors:
The Cranberry Christmas Market is a curated one-day artisan market. Vendors will be selected by MAC to ensure a wide variety of products are available to shoppers. Preference will be given to Mississauga-based artists.
Participating vendors will be charged a registration fee of $50. The fee includes a 6-foot table with 2 chairs, and all liability insurance requried by the venue. Each vendor will only be allowed one (1) table this year.
Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendors may share a table with another artist, but this must be pre-approved by MAC and MAC will not invoice half tables – vendors must sort out shared payment themselves.
NEW THIS YEAR: All vendors MUST be a member of MAC. MAC membership are $40/year for individuals ($30/year for students/seniors). If you are not sure whether your membership dues are up to date, please contact info@macarts.ca to check your membership status. If you need to purchase a MAC membership you can do so through this form.
Vendors are responsible for all decoration and display on their own tables including table cloths. If you have an unusal or non-table top display (floor rack, extra-tall stand etc), please include a description below, so MAC can determine if the display is appropriate and plan the market layout to accommodate the display.
Please indicate if you require electricity at your table. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but do not guarantee electricity will be available for all tables. Location of tables is determined by MAC, location requests cannot be guaranteed.
Vendors are responsible for all of their own sales (cash, etransfer, and/or credit card, if applicable). MAC will not take any commissions on sales and will not process any monetary transactions on behalf of vendors.
Clarke Memorial Hall has free WiFi (Wireless Mississauga).
Vendors are responsible for loading in and out their own products. Please note that Clarke Memorial Hall has a set of stairs at the entrance and access to the building’s elevator will be limited. If you require assistance, please bring someone to help you. Load-in times will be staggered to ensure smooth setup. ALL Vendors MUST have their table set up by 10:45am at the latest.
This event will be recorded/photographed and may be used for program-related marketing for Mississauga Arts Council.
This is a family-friendly event, and as such, your items for sale and decorum must be suitable for all ages.
