VIrtual ZOOM Meeting on Wednesday, April 15 at 7:00pm (EDT)
Our virtual AGM is open to all Mississauga Arts Council Members and is a review of our organization’s performance in 2025. Join us on April 15, 2026 and have your vote count as we make decisions that will affect our organization’s future. Each membership, regardless of membership type can send one (1) representative to attend and vote at the meeting.
Please Register before 5:00pm (EDT) on Monday, April 13, 2026.

Who can Attend: Each MAC membership, regardless of membership type can send one (1) representative to attend and vote at the meeting. If you cannot attend in person but wish to participate, you can complete a Proxy form and designate someone to attend or vote on your behalf. Proxy forms are due by the RSVP deadline.

5. Reading of President’s Report
6. Reading of Treasurer’s Report
7. Ratification of the Actions of the Directors
8. Election of Directors
9. Update from MAC Executive Director
10. New Business/Member Updates
11. Adjournment of Annual General Meeting
