Mississauga Arts Council (MAC) invites you to the MACsquerade: The Artist’s Dream, proudly hosted at Hyatt Place Toronto/Mississauga & Luxe Convention Centre on Thursday, November 19, 2026.
This signature fundraising gala supports MAC’s artist-focused development programs, including MicroGrants, one of the only initiatives in Mississauga directly funding individual artists, where every $1 invested sparks $4.50 in total sector impact. Help local creatives realize their dreams and bring their visionary projects to life.
Step into the imaginative world of The Artist’s Dream for an unforgettable evening featuring interactive experiences, live and silent auctions, captivating performances, dancing, themed gourmet cuisine, an open bar, and the presentation of the 8th Annual Arts for Mental Health Award.
Join the Mayor and Mississauga’s political, business, and cultural leaders as we come together to celebrate creativity and the transformative power of the arts in our community.

About the Event
When: Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 6 PM (doors at 5:30pm)
Where: Luxe Convention Centre (Hyatt Place Toronto/Mississauga) at 5787 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5R 4B4
What: MACsquerade: The Artist’s Dream Fundraiser – Avant-garde live performances, dancing, live and silent auctions, and the presentation of the Arts for Mental Health Award.
Dress: Avant-garde and surreal. Think high contrast, drama, vibrant colour, and creativity. Don’t forget your masquerade mask!
Tickets: Assigned seating at tables of 12.
$200 per single ticket.
$2,000 for a table of 12 or
$1,850 for 10 tickets (with 2 surprise guests added to your table)

MAC’s MicroGrant Program
Lift the quality of life in Mississauga by supporting an artist’s dream. Last year, enterprising local artists turned every $1 from MAC MicroGrants into $4.50 in economic activity. Our 34 MicroGrants put over 300 professional artists to work. Yet there were 90 projects we couldn’t afford. Bring our city to life with more creative dreams by sponsoring MAC MicroGrants.
MAC’s MicroGrant program is a fantastic support. It’s helped Frog in Hand bring our artistic visions to life, raise our production quality, and invest in people, allowing artists to earn a living wage.

MAC’s Arts for Mental Health Award recognizes leaders and organizations which improve the health of individuals through arts programs and activities. Sponsored by Bell, this award is presented annually at the MACsquerade to celebrate the achievements of individuals and organizations who are making a difference in our community.
