The space is currently being renovated and will have a new kitchenette, washrooms, a loading dock, and free parking. The finished space will look similar to a nearby space with white walls, black ceilings, and a finished concrete floor. Please see below for photos as an example of the finished space.

Details
The space is 3,300 sq ft. priced at the market rate of $18 per sq ft, plus $5 for TMI (Taxes, Maintenance, Insurance). At $75,900 for the year, when divided by 12 months, it is $6,350 per month. MAC is offering a $400 monthly support subsidy to help bring artists into this space. If 12 artists share the space, it could cost less than $500/month for each!
