Ready to transform your artistic vision into a funded reality?
As Canada’s public arts funder, the Canada Council for the Arts’ mandate is to foster and promote the study and enjoyment of, and the production of works in, the arts. This webinar is your essential roadmap to accessing that support and elevating your practice.
Join Mississauga Arts Council as we sit down to learn about the Canada Council for the Arts from Amanda Lowe Warnakulasuriya, Associate Program Officer for Arts Across Canada and Abroad. This engaging session is designed to demystify the granting process. We’ll dive into the Canada Council’s most dynamic programs and funding opportunities for individual artists, including Explore & Create and the brand-new Micro-grants.
But we aren’t just discussing the “what”; we’re tackling the “how.” We will walk you through how to create an applicant profile on the Canada Council’s portal, what to expect through the application process, how to navigate the website with ease, and how to put your best foot forward.
NOTE: This webinar will NOT be recorded or shared after the presentation.
