  • Location: Clarke Memorial Hall (Mississauga, ON)
  • Format: Curated, one-day artisan market

📝 Application & Curation Process

  • Application Deadline: Monday, October 5, 2026, before 5:00 PM. All applications MUST be submitted through our webform. No late applications will be accepted.

  • Public Announcement: The official public announcement of the 2026 vendor list will take place in November.

If your application is approved, the following fees and requirements will apply:

  • Registration Fee:$50 (due upon acceptance).

⚠️ Important: Protect Yourself from Scams!

With vendor applications opening, we want to ensure our wonderful creative community stays safe from active online scammers. Please read our official security policies carefully:

1. Application & Communication Protocol

  • Official Applications Only: Applications must be submitted through MAC’s official Jotform link above. We do not accept applications via direct email or other software. Any external platform claiming to process applications for this event is fraudulent.
  • Authorized Email Addresses Only: Our team will only ever contact you regarding this market from three verified email addresses. Any communication from other domains (such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) is fake:
    • 📩 info@macarts.ca
    • 📩 jacqueline@macarts.ca
    • 📩 susan@macarts.ca
  • No Social Media Outreach: MAC will never contact you through social media (such as Instagram or Facebook Direct Messages) regarding your application status, table availability, or to request personal details.

2. Fees & Payment Safety

  • No Upfront Application Fees: There is no fee to apply. MAC will never ask for payment at the time of your application.
  • No High-Pressure Tactics: We will never pressure you into making an immediate payment to “save your spot.” Accepted vendors will always be given a reasonable, clear payment window as outlined in their official acceptance letter.
  • Secure Payment Methods: MAC will never request an e-transfer unless you, the artist, explicitly request this method. We will never ask for payment via cryptocurrency, gift cards, prepaid cards, or third-party transfer apps (e.g., Venmo, CashApp).

3. Space Allocation & Fraud Prevention

Verification Support: If you receive an email, call, or message regarding the Cranberry Christmas Market and feel uncertain about its authenticity, please contact us immediately at info@macarts.ca. We will gladly work with you to verify the communication.

Booths are Strictly Non-Transferable: Vendor spaces cannot be bought, sold, or transferred between artists. If you see individuals in social media comments claiming to “sell their booth space” because they can no longer attend, this is a scam. Any open spots will be filled strictly by MAC organizers from our official waitlist.

Social Media Comments: MAC will never reply to your social media comments asking you to DM us to secure a spot, nor will we ever tag you in a public post demanding payment.
