Entertainment announced for the 29th Mississauga Arts Awards!

Mississauga Arts Council (MAC) has just announced the host and performers who will be lighting up the stage on at the 29th Mississauga Arts Awards (The MARTYS) on June 26, 2024 at Mississauga Convention Centre!

Starting the evening off is the Radhika Baskar Quartet, an Indo-Jazz fusion band featuring Radhika Baskar, Veena player and composer, accompanied by Adhithi Baskar on piano, George Koller on bass, and Rakesh Tewari on drums. They will be performing for guests during the Red Carpet Reception.

The emcee for the evening will be host, producer, television and media personality Amin Dhillon. Amin will lead the night as we present 20+ Awards in Artistic Excellence Categories and Community Arts Categories.

Kicking off the event will be powerhouse pop-rock singer-songwriter KHAY with O Canada. Following that will be emerging rap and hip-hop artist Mikey Bloom to get the celebration started with his winning 50th Anthem for Mississauga.

The evening will also include performances by previous MARTY Award winners indie-rock band Arlene & The People and pop singer-songwriter Sarah Catharine.
